" the biggest budget deficit...but of course! It's a very blue, democrap controlled state "

but to be fair it's a little large, populated, and incredibly diverse to be just considered ONE State don't you think?

HA! Good one BD. I loved when Arnold thought he could come in and save the day as if it was one of his movies. I'm no expert but it seems pretty damn obvious to me that managing the world's eighth largest economy is probably much more complicated than simple aw shucks salt of the earth common sense that might work in a State with the population of a small town in CA. Not saying there probably isn't plenty of stupid Government waste but clearly this problem is much bigger than to just point fingers as them dang liberals. Of course it's just me but I'd personally love to live in a BLUE State right now. I've had my share of hypocritical redneck right wingers who plaster their cars with their stupid bumper stickers and don't seem to realize that the PFD checks they collect every year is Socialism which they claim to hate.

they only hate it when someone else gets the hand-out, only then is it socialism. That cuts to the quick of the real argument here...give me the handout and its good red economics, give the handout to someone other than me and its liberal socialist freeloading, mooching and destroying America...

Absolutely! It's well documented how many Tea Baggers show up at their rallies riding medicare funded scooters etc. Up here there's no shortage of people who claim to hate Government while recieving Government checks. And of course there's nothing wrong with our Healthcare until it happens to them or a loved one.

Bingo--I love the "we're becoming a socialist state!" when the plain fact is far more get something from "big gubermint" than those that don't...the shrinking private sector.

Imagine the fallout and chaos when big gov's economy collapses and the dollar zeros.....how 'bout them spending cuts?

Hope everyone likes Malthus.....at least for a little while.

Starting spending cuts by eliminating subsidies for billion dollar corporations and shady defense contractors is fine by me but for some reason the proposed cuts never start there do they?
